What to have ready

The address, what needs installing, a photo of the old unit and the space, and the model number if you already bought the new one. If the job is in a condo, the building name and the management contact so the paperwork is done before the visit. Drywall, paint, doors and trim go to the other crews at the parent company, Old Line Home Repair.
