Ashburn, Brambleton and South Riding were built from the late 90s through the 2010s, and those houses are hitting the same point at once. Ashburn builder kitchens and finished basements
Leesburg and Purcellville are different, with old town brick, plaster and kitchens that were redone in the 80s and again in the 2000s. The crew comes out Route 7 or the Greenway and books Loudoun as full days, so a closet in Ashburn and a range hood in Leesburg happen on the same trip.
Ashburn and Brambleton houses came with a plug in disposal, a fan rated box in the main bedroom and a receptacle in the cabinet over the range, so most swaps there stay with the handyman and go fast. The exception is the basement finished after the builder left, where a bath fan or a ceiling fan often sits on wiring that needs the electrician to look first.

- Can you replace the builder disposal with a quieter one?
- Yes. A half or three quarter horsepower unit on the existing mount is a same day swap, and it plugs into the receptacle the builder left under the sink.
